Tonight’s Blue and Gold Meeting tonight was the first time in many, many years that the Selby family was only involved on the Boy Scout side of the table. Blue and Gold is hosted by the Cub Scouts and the Boy Scouts are their guests. This meant we just showed up!
After dinner, the Cub Scout were recognized and they literally crossed over the bridge. Then the older scouts shown above welcomed them into the troop with a handshake and a Troop 330 kerchief.
Quite a few Cub Scouts crossed over to join our troop. We are looking forward to having more young scouts so our troop will grow and thrive.
