Look who got a little press? Although Bill knew he was chosen, he let us discover it for ourselves when he brought home the Sunday paper.
Every year the Courier & Press invites the community to vote for its favorites under the categories of Shopping, Eats, Drinks & Entertainment and Services, Places & Faces. Over a 100 winners are chosen with one platinum winner and two gold winners for each.
Bill and his colleague, Dr. Cochran, were both gold winners.
St. Vincent published a special ad in the newspaper as well as printed posters to display in the offices. They also broadcasted the news on social media and around the medical campus.
I really enjoyed seeing some of the comments that people posted as well as receiving messages from folks to congratulate Bill through me.
