It started with service. Our troop has been hired for the last few years to help with an annual event called Super Bride Sunday. This expo takes place on Super Bowl Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM and gives brides the opportunity to mix with vendors and service providers for all things bridal. As a fundraiser, the scouts help the vendors on Saturday during the set up by shuttling the materials for their booths.
Cole and Mason are such good friends and a little silly at times.
This morning was Scout Mass with participation by both Boy and Girl Scouts.
Afterwards, we had a Court of Honor. Mason was recognized for ranking up.
Finally, tonight was Super Bowl LII between the Philadelphia Eagles and the New England Patriots. Bill found a video to make a stuffed crust pizza similar to this recipe. Walker is a big fan of pesto so we split the sauce but skipped the toppings. It was a fun cooking opportunity for Bill to share with the boys.
We watched the game (sort of) and enjoyed the commercials (a lot). In the end, Philadelphia won 41-33.
