It was a wonderfully lazy day today with Laynie. I do declare we all needed it after the busy week we had.
Mason introduced Laynie to the VR. She played like a champ and was a good sport at the games.
That afternoon the boys went off for a while. Laynie, Sophia and I went to Starbucks and then for a 3.5 mile walk at the river. It was wonderful to get fresh air and chat.
Since they are leaving early in the day tomorrow, we went to mass tonight. It was great fun to show both of the girls off to our church family. I prepared a simple dinner and we sat around soaking up the time together.
What a nice visit. I forget the family connection?
