Last night we had a Covid-19 style birthday party for my dad who is 79 today. He, Mom, Laynie and Sophia were out for dinner and the rest of crashed their party via Zoom.
Dad is in want of nothing but my sisters and I surprised him with an Apple Watch. Monique spearheaded the gift idea and Laynie did a magnificent job as the onsite birthday fairy.
Her sidekick was responsible for birthday accessories and smiles.
We think my dad is going to like his watch but we know for sure he liked having all of us “together.”
