In many ways the day flew by, as evidenced by the blur of Camille on her bike. In other ways, time stood still and each minute felt like it held 90 seconds rather than the standard 60.
There were a few things on the agenda…first communion practice, Frankie’s Bike-A-Thon, lunch at the fairgrounds and then grocery shopping and more grocery shopping…but it didn’t feel rushed. Our time together was rich.
We even got to squeeze in a surprise birthday celebration for Mom!
Back home the boys were out exploring Angel Mounds for the upcoming campout
and climbing on top of cars to get on top of the school building.*
All normal occurrences around these parts, I suppose.
*Unfortunately, the retrieval of a lost ball was not accomplished in this manner.
Love the Spider-Man shot of Walker and the pose Mason strikes.
