After dropping off Mason at school today, I had to get busy. Having a limited amount of time upped my productivity. By the time my 11 am meeting began, I had accomplished quite a bit including my usual chores of cleaning the bathroom, mopping, and vacuuming as well as wrapping gifts and baking granola for some of Walker’s teachers.
This afternoon I had to run to the post office to mail a parcel. I spotted a woman who I thought I recognized and timidly said hello. I told her who I was since it is incredibly hard to identify people by just eyes alone. She was indeed my friend’s mother in law and we chatted a moment. After she departed, the man in front of me (whose feet I photographed) turned and said hello. He turned out to be another friend’s husband but I had not recognized him. We passed the time in line in conversation at a safe six feet distance that has become the norm in a queue.
My advent shrug is progressing nicely. Though I took these photos all at the same time, I wanted to showcase each color individually. It’s really coming along!
