I had to made the boys dinner to eat in the car on our way out to the dealership in Jasper . I tried my hand at homemade pizza balls since the original ones were such a hit. I can’t find the recipe I modified to make these but here is what I did:
I divided Trader Joe’s pizza dough into 12 pieces. For each one, I flattened a piece of dough in my palm in a circle shape and then stuffed about a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese inside. I pinched the dough closed and put the dough ball seam side down on parchment paper. I spritzed them with spray oil and sprinkled them with garlic salt and parmesan cheese. They baked at 400 for about 15-20 minutes.
They were incredibly easy and received rave views from the backseat.
Love creative cooking! How did you ever get to be so smart? 🙂
Inside joke, What did you use instead of rice for the pilaf?
