It’s been quite the full weekend in these parts. After intensive practices Monday through Friday since the first week of January, it was wonderful to see the play unfold. Walker’s role was John, the oldest Darling boy.
Here he is with Wendy (left), Michael (right behind Walker) and Nana the dog.
In one of the opening scenes, Michael, Wendy, Nana, Mr. Darling, Walker and Mrs. Darling engage in a heated discussion about the care of the children by a dog.
The final bow was pretty fantastic.
From left to right in the back, Tinker Bell, Mr. Darling, Wendy, Mrs. Darling, Peter Pan. In the front, from left to right, Michael, John and Nana the dog (out of costume, of course).
Having a silhouette of Walker, I mean, John, on set was a fantastic touch.
It meant a lot to all of us, and especially Walker, that Kim was able to be here for his play. She is about to embark on an adventure but more about that soon.
What an amazing set and costumes.
It looks like a great production!
It was a great show! Looking forward to seeing Walker on stage again this year!
