Today was the second annual Isaac’s Day of Music. About ten days before the event, the organizers contacted me to see if I would be willing to knit something for them again. Um, caught off guard, I agreed, grabbed my needles and scrambled to come up with something small and fast. It just so happens that this hat is cute as well and perfect for this time of year.
I knit on the way down to Orlando. The hat’s newborn size and easy care. I added the pompom and the embroidered dots at the 11th hour after we got back from Orlando.
Presentation makes a big difference so I tried to wrap it creatively and with flair.
Making do with what I had on hand, I grabbed a white salad plate and roll of cellophane. When I dropped it off, it was all dressed and ready for show.
I heard that when I got outbid, it went to new Baby Feller!
Love love love it!
Who is Baby Feller? It’s adorable!!
So cute and so sweet.
That is adorable!!
