Here is our middle school kiddo!
Only for the photo shoot is he jumping for joy. In reality, he would have preferred another few weeks (or months) of summer. In all honesty, I would have preferred that too.
We drove Mason off to St. John and then returned home for our high schooler.
Signature High School, here he comes with books on his back and breakfast in hand. Eating on the road might become the new normal. Although Walker’s school starts a hour later than Mason’s, it was a bit harder to get the adolescent up and out the door.
I met the neighborhood group of St. John students at the bus. Thank goodness for the smiles.
Finally, Walker’s former (sniff, sniff) Language Arts teacher sent me this photo of her current eighth grade class wishing him and the other students well.
2017-2018, we hope you hold lots of promise in store for us.
Enjoy these days as they seem to get faster each year.
Love Mason’s jump for joy and Walker’s breakfast. That grin reminds me of you.
