It’s Monday and we are settling into a new groove. The day started off with rain and thus I did an indoor workout on the Bow Flex. I find that my mental health is much improved when I get the endorphins going via exercise.
I had a long list of things to do but that list was a blessing. It helped keep me focused. I wrote up the review of the Sew Sew Live bag and took care of quite a few chores. Clean sheets are now on the bed, tomato bread has been baked in the bread maker and I washed some newly finished charity hats.
In the current status of the world, curbside pickup has become my favorite blessings in disguise. I swung by Joann Fabric for my new quilting ruler. I came home and started sewing. This tool has already proven to be worth its weight in gold for the T-shirt quilt. Speaking of which, this Yankees shirt is one of Joey’s smallest. To get the right size block for the quilt, I am going to have to creatively sew a piece of one sleeve with part of the front and the back.
While I didn’t accomplish all that I had hoped, I am coming to accept that this is what finished looks like for today.
