We took one last selfie at the airport and then I said my goodbye.
I watched her drive off for the last leg of her trip to Reno. If all went well, she would be there by early afternoon.
In the meantime, I sat at the gate and finished my second sock. I’m assuming the nearby passengers knew not what to make of the crazy knitter lady but I was pleased to get it done.
Kim and I reached our final destinations, Reno and Evansville, respectively, about the same time. It was a whirlwind for us both but a truly wonderful three days.
Great adventure in many wats
That’S supposed to say, many ways.
I think it’s so cool that you got to do that! Great memories!
Fun trip, but sad to hear she’s not in Evansville anymore!
