Our very own Red

The Hoosier Wax Museum is the culminating social studies project in the fourth grade. Each student is assigned a famous Hoosier to represent in costume. When Mason told us he was assigned to be Red Skelton, I was happy. The two have similar, spunky personalities.
He also had to create a presentation that highlighted the Hoosier’s achievements.
Now let’s take a tour of the museum:
Red Skelton and Axl Rose
Amelia Earhart, Tony Stewart, and Twyla Tharp
Larry Bird, Abe Lincoln, and Robert Indiana
Ernie Pile, James Dean, John Schnatter, and Gus Grissom
Krystal Gayle, Adam Lambert, and Orville Redenbacher
Eli Lilly
Caleb Mills, Janet Jackson, and Knute Rockne
Jayne Pauley
John Mellencamp, Catherine Coffin and Levi Coffin
Ida Husted Harper, Wilma Rudolph, Bob Griese, and Jeff Gordon
George Rogers Clark
Johnny Appleseed, Wilbur Wright, and Orville Wright
Don Mattingly, Shelley Long, Jamie Hyneman, and Florence Henderson
Bob Ross
Not pictured but also in attendance were David Letterman, Fuzzy Zoeller, Sue Hendrickson, Madam CJ Walker and Jim Davis
The student interpretation and representation of the various famous Hoosiers was once again quite impressive.
That is such a cool assignment! Mason is the perfect Red!
Very impressive list of people from Indiana
