This week on Nosam Eats Things, Mason samples Brussels Sprouts prepared in a variety of ways.
Raw,
sautéed in butter and garlic,
steamed with melted cheese on top,
and finally, as sprout chips. (I flash fried individual leaves in oil, then seasoned and served.)

Unlike most humans, I have always liked Brussels Sprouts, cooked any way at all. They are good with chestnuts, shredded and sautéed, roasted and, in my opinion, even raw or steamed.
Actually there are very few veggies I dislike, except for the BEET. Now, I understand, I am not like most humans in this regard.
Perhaps, Nosam would like to try the DREADED BEET.
I LOVE brussel sprouts!!
