My level of serenity right now seems to depend greatly on how well I focus on the positive things. I’m on the lookout for these little gifts.
Here is a list of some from today:
- I spotted a heart in the street on my morning walk.
- I had a chat with several friends.
- I texted with others.
I built a Lego kit that I got at Christmas and recorded it. It was so fun!
- We worked on a puzzle as a family and I found the piece that we thought had gone missing.
- Bill went to the international market and picked up the henna that my niece Frankie wanted for her birthday.
- Bill saved me a trip to the post office.
- We had an easy prep dinner.
- All is well.
