Have I mentioned there is a play in the works? That we have an actor again in our home? The Spring play is Peter Pan and our Walker is playing the role of Jonathan. Today was a work day for parents and students. While I consider myself a creative person, this kind of art was out of my comfort zone. Thankfully I was paired with two gents who were quite skilled at set work. Our job was to convert a rolling cart and a flat piece of cardboard into a double-sided prop, one side being Wendy’s dresser.
We spent our time carefully measuring the cardboard so we could score it and fold it around the cart. Then we drew on the details for the dresser before ending with a few coats of paint and some finishing details.
It’s nothing I could have managed alone but behind the vision of the art teacher and in the shadow of two fine gents, it all worked out great!
Another great memory!

There was so-o much in your comfort zone already, and now there is more.
