I must have deep roots in the Depression or I have drunk too much of the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle punch. Maybe I just have vision and see possibilities. It think that is what happened here. I had all these leftover pieces of brown bag from something or another and a bag of random wrapped candy probably from Halloween. I folded the tops and bottoms of the brown bags and tucked in a few pieces of candy in each. Then I tagged them with washi tape that reads, “surprise inside.” Thus the grab bags were born. I dropped them off for Mason’s third grade teacher to sell in her Big Shop where students use their classroom money to buy trinkets, treasures and, in this case, surprises.
You crack me up. I think it was a good idea!
I agree with Betsy
