On the latest episode of Nosam Eats Things, a regular viewer suggested that Mason try Napoleons. A Napoleon is also known as a mille-feuille which means thousand sheets in French. Mason was overjoyed to finally get to try something sweet after the recent episodes of anchovies, spam, and sardines.
To make things a little more interesting, we suggested a French theme. To our surprise, he bit. We prepared a wedge of brie,
a croissant,
and finally, escargot. Bill sautéed the escargot in butter and garlic.
Yum yum yum and no thanks :0)
While napoleons were never a favorite of mine! the Brie and the croissants used to be. As for the escargot, I can claim almost 74 years of abstinence from them. Can’t say they are on the bucket list either!
I am so impressed he is eating sme of this crazy stuff (I am with your mom–I can die happy never trying escargot!)
