During our sheltering in place, the days all blend together. That fact tells me that I rely on commitments and occurrences to help me navigate the week. Thankfully, a meeting I regularly attend on Wednesdays took place so I know it is definitely hump day.
Here are some other details to recall:
I finished my socks and I knit on a Google Duo call with my buds. I had to brew my own Starbucks coffee though.
I put on lipstick. This sounds silly but I have not put on make up of any sort in days. It felt good to dress becomingly.
Many designers in the fiber world are offering free patterns and I have been able to partake in their generosity.
I made muffins for my family. Food is always a winner around here.
I went for a walk, felt the sunshine and heard the birds.
My new knitting bag arrived and so did my sister’s. We opened them together on FaceTime. It was fun to see her reaction to her new bag.
We continue to stay safe at home.
