The Cub Scouts have an opportunity to earn a Religious Emblem Award specifically related to the Catholic faith called the Light of Christ. We worked on it over the break and the last stage was to meet with the parish representative. Deacon Tony interviewed them one on one and then we celebrated with a semi-serious photo. It turns out it’s pretty hard to contain the excitement of this many cub scouts after school in a church basement.
Great effort. The photo cracks me up, 1/2 the kids standing In 2 straight lines like soldiers and the other 1/2 way in front having a laugh fest!
I know this is a weird comment, but whenever you post a group shot of classmates like this I am struck and surprised by how little ethnic variation you have there. I guess I am so used to California where caucasians are more the minority (at least in our area they are)
Love seeing Mason in the last row. What a good looking guy he is!
