Walker was so proud to come home yesterday having been recognized as Tiger of the Week for consistently demonstrating outstanding Christian character and serving as a role model to fellow students. I encouraged the boys to quickly finish their homework so we could head over to claim his free frozen yogurt.
When we arrived, we were greeted with this sign on the window. Eh gads!
Walker was so disappointed. Instead, we celebrated with pumpkin pie at home. Now we have something to look forward to in the Spring.
PS. The principal was totally unaware that the shop was closed when she awarded the coupon to Walker.
Woohoo! SO proud of Walker! He’s such a champ for being able to deal with the fact that the yogurt shop was closed!
