The day finally arrived. It turns out no matter how ardently a person tracks a package, it just won’t come faster than it’s meant to come, much like the watched pot that needs to boil. However, yesterday was the expected arrival date for his watch and Walker dutifully left a signed UPS release slip on the door. As luck would have it, I was home and met the driver personally. I sent the above picture to Walker as a tease. It worked.
We Selbys are big fans of the Apple packaging and this did not disappoint.

At bedtime, it landed on its second home, the new charging station he purchased on his birthday. What a happy mail day!
