Four batches later, we had enough to just meet the requisite number of lemon bars.
The poinsettia plates set them off nicely.
When they were all packaged up, we delivered them to the office for the swap. Mason and Walker sampled all the dishes from the carry in lunch they had and then the cookie exchange happened.
The boys were both tickled by the variety. They can’t wait to sample them all.
What else can I say but, WOW,
I LOVE lemon bars!

Mason’s favorite was the peanut butter fudge and Walker’s was the snickerdoodles. Mason got to try his lemon bars but unfortunately Walker did not. I just made lemon bars from Michelle’s tried and true recipe and will let them sample those.
