Our house woke up slowly today and when it did, we discovered that St. Nick had made a visit. He had left a few small things in the boys’ shoes.
They each received an Audible book credit. Mason received Ready Player Two and Walker chose Dragonwatch by Brandon Mull.
St. Nick brought Mason a new set of Tech Deck Fingerboards. He was really pleased and quickly started to build them.
When Walker saw Grogu, he said, “This makes me so happy!” Mason picked out Baby Yoda for Walker when he and Bill went ornament shopping. He was spot on with his choice.
Bill had to work at the Covid clinic and the rest of us just had an overall quiet day. I started my advent knitting project once again while watching vlogmas videos and tackled the usual responsibilities. After Bill got home, we had dinner in from Acapulco and watched the latest episode of Saturday Night Live. The house has a festive holiday spirit thanks to the glow of candles, the Christmas tree and our outdoor lights.
I might have said this before, but Thank you to Bill for his service during this pandemic.
