Tonight I am delivering a meal to one of Mason’s classmates whose mother is expecting and on bed rest. I had the meal all ready when it suddenly dawned on me that I did not have a dessert. I had a strong feeling that this classmate and his family would appreciate it. However, I was having one of those days when I just did not want to go to the grocery store…again.
I remembered reading just a few days ago about a quickie dessert made with graham crackers and icing. As luck would have it, I actually had those ingredients in the pantry.
I had to up the ante with sprinkles because sprinkles make me happy.
I packaged them in these clear containers and sent them along. I was happy to have found a simple and tasty solution to spread some cheer.
I love frosting on graham crackers!!
