This convocation has a back story. Last December I sponsored Zach, a wonderful Navy sailor who was dating my beloved barista, Jessica. They fell in love and she moved away to be near him.
Fast forward, they engaged to marry but had to expedite their wedding plan with a civil ceremony so that Jessica could legally join Zach for his next assignment. They are both devout humans and wanted a church ceremony. Bill and I were so delighted to join in the celebration of God blessing their marriage.
Jessica has a special devotion to our Blessed Mother and gave everyone a miraculous medal.
Move over Jordan almonds. There is a new favor in town.
