I had been looking for a way to satisfy my baking craving when I read a request in the church bulletin for volunteers to provide snacks and treats for the RCIA meetings. When I looked in the pantry for inspiration and found ingredients for s’mores, I remembered this recipe. It was perfect! I used the mini muffin tin and made two batches. They couldn’t be easier nor more adorable. I highly recommend making a double recipe as they tend to disappear fast.

Well, Monday 11/2 Stu was out of town in DC. That is the night I took Ben and Bridget to the now infamous Sig Open House for the first time… where all my drama began.
My parents watched Mag for me, but I am thinking my mom had something to do so Mag was with my dad for a little at the RCIA meeting!
